Both properties can be rented together, ideal for families and friends. The Lime House pool is shared by Cottage and Studio. For exclusive use of the pool please state your requests to us and we will try to accommodate. Please check our availability calendars prior to contacting us. We also are agents for other properties so let us know your desires and we will try to accommodate them. We can also arrange for rental at the 3 bedroom Ocean Breeze House (pool & Jacuzzi). Gather some friends and visit Bequia in style.

BOOKING / FINAL PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES:

Any booking request will not be made firm or confirmed until a 25% deposit is received. Once the request for the reservation is received, the booking will be held for 2 weeks from that date, after which time those dates will become available again. Final payment is strictly required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.

Cancellation made greater than 8 weeks prior to this date is eligible for the deposit refunded provided that another rental is secured. Cancellation within eight weeks of the rental date forfeits the deposit. Final payment not received by eight weeks prior to commencement of the rental creates the presumption of cancellation, and renders the house available for rent to the first fully paid rental received for the date period specified herein. Under such circumstance, if the house is re-rented, the deposit would be refunded.
